Matt is an Orange County native who holds a Master’s Degree in Medical Science from Boston University. He first started tutoring in his freshman year of college, when a positive experience with his own tutor inspired him to help others on their academic journeys.

As a biology major during college, he started helping students with a variety of STEM classes and loved tutoring so much that he has been doing it ever since. He now focuses on preparing students for their MCAT exam.

Matt loves helping his students grow as learners, giving them skills and confidence they need conquer such a large test. Numerous students have relied on his data-driven resources to achieve their medical school goals. Matt personalizes his coaching techniques for each student as he helps them create an effective study plan based on his deep well of knowledge about the MCAT.

Matt recently returned to California after studying in Boston and, outside of his MCAT tutoring, you can now find him doing just about anything beach-related: surfing, scuba diving, playing volleyball, and more!
