Janice graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a B.S. in Neuroscience. Her passion for guiding students toward academic success began as a Peer Learning Facilitator for UCLA’s Athletics Program, helping student athletes excel in pre-calculus, history, and Spanish courses.

With more than five years of tutoring experience, Janice has worked with a diverse range of learners. After graduating from UCLA, she became a GED Math and Science tutor, coaching adult learners to success, and served as a home tutor, teaching Biology, Chemistry, and Math to students in Orange County. This extensive experience has prepared her to adapt to different learning styles, helping students of all ages grasp difficult concepts and excel academically.

Janice’s interactive and adaptable teaching approach helps students build confidence and unlock their potential, whether she’s assisting a high school student in mastering calculus or guiding an adult through the GED exam.

Outside of tutoring, Janice enjoys training and watching basketball. She is also learning Korean, combining her love for language with her passion for continuous learning.
